Should I call the next version of MoBo something different?

MoBo appears to be used commonly (both here and elsewhere) as an abbreviation for motherboard. It's a little aggravating searching for references to MoBo and finding countless discussions about speeding up frame rates and so forth. In hindsight I should've googled on MoBo a little before settling on that name. :damn:

I guess people are accustomed to calling it MoBo now... :hmm:

It is actually referred to as a "MoBo" by those who use it...
MaBo, ManBo... hmmm... ManBo sounds a little queer. :oops:

Apparently, MoBO is also an abbreviation for an award for "Music of Black Origin"

I guess I just need to leave it alone and live with it.

Used as a motherboard it's mobo. MoBo is something quite different. It's two strong syllables in a spondee. You can't possibly beat it. If someone gets confused which is which, he probably shouldn't be using MoBo anyway.:rotfl:

When I think of MoBo, only this program comes to mind. But my question is what are the changes going to be on the next version, and when will it be available?

MaBo, MeBo, MiBo, MooBo, MuBo :-?

Depends on what version you have now...

Best way to monitor changes/additions is to keep an eye on the 1.1 beta thread where I list what's been completed, what's been suggested, and what the development priorities are.

The last 1.1 update was posted a couple days ago (20081120 Build) and included a new ability for the "Add" unit and a few more display options for "Node" units.

I favor keeping the name MoBo. It is authentic; it is a recognized brand in the subsim community; it has a friendly ring to it.
