No it's the Bay Bridge. The Golden Gate is behind where the photo was taken.

That tanker isn't loaded up, wait for it to come back out.

The corrison resistant (zinc laden) and antifouling (copper laden) paints are cheaper without pigmants.

Thats one of the reasons you see these bizzare paint schemes.
