It doesn't make sense that the rig started rolling. Since they use air accuated brakes, they are designed so that if there is no air in the system, the brakes engage. Unless this thing was in neutral, and no one bled of the air pressure below 60 psi to engage the brakes as a safety measure. But that should have never happenned in the first place. Just obvious stupidity.
