Interesting, I see FC and DW have been used in the DDG-1000 project,

I'll tell you a funny story about that. I shat SCS and Jamie up when I made a modle of the DDG-1000 converted it to J3D and shoved it into DW. I then posted a bunch of screenshots. Next thing I Jamie was posting here and PMed me how they had made a DW unit for the DoD version of DW and thought it had maybe got out...lol

When can we have our hands on it. Otherwise we may need to enroll into the US Navy.

The sim engine behind DW - NavalSimEngine - is the basis for a goverment version of DW ... but thats really old news. Someone posted a link to a part of the SCS website some time ago where you could read up on all (or most) of the goodies that gov. DW has to offer.

If we are lucky we can have it in about 90 years. Meaning basically, no. Enjoy the navy :)
