Black Sky during day
 

Hi folks,

I presume I've messed up somewhere, by having 'pitch black' sky textures during the day. I don't know my way around sh3 folders too well. Now, I remeber installing lifeboats and I *think* OLC, but can't quite remember. (It was a few weeks ago).

Where are the sky textures in sh3 folders?

Should I reinstall OLC?

Any other *bernardism* I could have done, myself?

Happened to me when i applied RealWeatherFix2 and the modification failed. If u have somewhere the original scene.dat it might fix it in no time.

this happened to me when i decided to go to the carribean in oct.39.when i arrived i got the black sky effect and the night was normal.when i arrived back in the eastern atlantic it was back to normal,wierd did'nt change any mods and was'nt running olc at the time.the only advise i received when i reported it here was "you must have fell into the bermuda triangle"funny but not very helpfull.i'm wooried about when i'm able to go to the american coast,i'm now in may 40

Cant be the OLC2 mod. I never installed any olc mods with the installation of NYGM where it happened.

Your problem is a corrupted scene.dat....if you continue to experience difficulty I can send you one for GWX2.1 or vanilla http://www.psionguild.org/forums/ima...ies/pirate.gif

is this a typo ? Latest version is 3.1.2.181.

1.3 as indeed a typo.

As to the sky, it seems to have beem a 16km atmo error because for some reason, its fine now, once I removed the mod.

I did add a few mods at the time, though I have auto rollback on. Anyhoo, all's well that ends well.

I also had the same problem after installing the 16 km mod. Uninstalling it was the solution.
