Yes, that was my thought also. In this case the taser would have help,I think! Or at least a good punch in the nose.

Yeah. It took six cops to restrain her, but that was the polite way to do it, so they wouldn't hurt her. Nightstick? The taser probably would have been the most civilized in this case.

Looks like the effects of PCP. A guy in Philly on that stuff whooped on 6 of us. Two of us were EMTs and the other four were police officers. When we finally restrained him with a modified backboard and restraining straps, the guy actually broke both of his arms trying to get free while in the ambulance on the way to the hospital, and didn't even feel it.

Narcotics are nasty stuff.
