Animated Signature - Political

I don't think that the concept is workable. I can't get the file size down to the point of practicality unless I go with basically a grayscale pallet. The photo's get grainy with higher compressions but that isn't a show stopper. I have seen some stuff that is released by the two political camps that seems to favor the throwback style- like a black and white commercial from the sixties almost.

Just something I was tinkering with and thought I would share. Feel free to comment, feel free to share any suggestions for reducing the file size as well. The size of the signature shown above is 400x100 pixels. Color Pallet used is 31 colors.

Actually I have a job. The animation took less than an hour to create and it took that long I am guessing because it is fairly new to me.

As far as reducing the size, the only thing I see (short of converting it to flash) is changing that first transition on the McCain section from the the "page peel" to just a text fade-out/fade-in. Don't know exactly what that'd save ya, but I'm guessing it would save a bit.

It's a strange day when the WSJ op-ed page attacks the Republican candidate on economics.

Nice animation Joe.

This is going to get Subman's back up when he looks here.....:yep:

Be prepared for the fall-out!:dead:

I could care less man. Even though its negative, this is part of the American election process and he is doing his duty the way he sees fit.

I figured you were just teasing and I don't usually do signatures like this- it is my first attempt at an animation but when you have the Wall Street Journal coming out and running a skewer through the Republican Presidential Candidate... well, it is something that you just don't see happen.

I thought I would commemorate the event.:rotfl:

We may not agree on ideologies, but you have a point. I'm still waiting for MSNBC to report that BHO is biracial :rotfl:

Your wait is over

They have been reporting that Senator Obama is Biracial since March 2007.

MSNBC's search engine shows 459 articles where Obama is identified as Biracial.
