How to get a ship out of GWX

I loaded a few ship mods (one being the Empress) by putting
the data file into my SH3 root folder. I then went to data, sea,
english names and entered ship name per mod directions. I ran
accross a ship called empress while on patrol. I surfaced
and used my deck gun. I fired at almost point blank range (500=700)
meters. My gun fired however there were no misses or hits. I also
noticed the ship was white and had no detail.

Can I try deleting this ship by deleting her out of data and then erasing
her name in sea-english?

You should also put the details into the Roster folder of whichever country you want them to represent.

To delete, simply erase the folders in Data\Sea.....Rosta.....EnglishNames CFG.

I would like to rid the sea of any ship that drops a nasty surprise on me.

But as BBW said once you can not get rid of the destroyers as there scripted. :arrgh!:

You can rid yourself of them also if you go to the scripted layer.

Hardly realistic though....would just create a turkey shoot.
