WORDS! Date : 6.25. 1943

I'm on my 34.patrol , I must say we've been lucky to stay alive that far.
I've been blessed with a hell of a crew , and a damn good boat.
And with all of those depthcharge ,, we all been through , it is more than a miracle!
And we've been blessed with good weather.
Yesterday ( 6.24 ) we sunk a " Old Composite Merchant " 5361 ton.
I have never in my carreer experienced to sunk a ship with no survivors , but it happened yesterday and suddently a sad empty feeling come rushing over me .
Makes me thinking .
The time is now midnight , and it is in that time those thoughts come sneaking around .
It's now 1943 , and we loose the war all over , wonder how my family doing?
What I could give to hear those voices 5 minutes .
I have been listen to those radio speeches , and hear Goebbels voice .
And Herr Göring , where is the airsupports you promised us a long time ago?!
Our Fuhrer is calling the british prime minister Winston Churchill for a clown ,
I wonder who is the biggest clown . Oh , I guess I am tired .
Those clowns in Berlin only sending us young boys . But they are brave young men , with sparkle in their eyes , everytime they hearing Der Fuhrers speech .
The Allies is winning , and it is very dangerous to be on the surface .
I am very afraid that we have lost the war , no doubt about it .
Oh ,if only we have so much planes .
But ,, we will do our Duty , and hope for the best .
And I wish all of our Brave Commanders all the best , and God Sped :

It doesn't matter who wrote it ..... the matter is ..... what we're gonna do in the future to ensure that one will ever have to write this again:yep:
