Im onw to save the Bismark....can I ?
My current patrol falls exactly into the time the Bismark sunk the hood and now heads back home for repairs.
:hmm: If i manage to be present during the swordfish attack and im able to give it additional AA firepower so no eal would possibly hit its rudder will the bismark successfully reach the max airsupport range of the luftwaffe to save her bud or is preventing the destrucrion of it impossible ? Another possibilty would be to down the carrier they come from. Anyone ever has attempted such a venture ? Is it even possible in sh3 without or with any smod installed ? And if the answer is yes would it still be present in the game after saving it ? |
No, you can't. All real adventures have to be scripted in; it's not truly dynamic. Hood and Bismarck will cease to operate when they did historically.
It wasn't built to be a "Change history" game, it's just a submarine captain simulator. |
http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/images/icons/icon9.gif So if i sink the involved carrier the bismark just disappear at the final waypoint or will the then downed british carrier show up again on its scripted way and attack with its planes ?

Bismarck must go down that's the rule of scripted SH3 single campaign. All you can do is to sink as many British ships as you can. Maybe it'll make you feel better.:yep:

It will certainly but i see if can do it in a std carrier modus not in a mission.

:stare: Oh well i will try to take out the taskforce on the 22nd somewhere at AM 29/51. I left the large convoy at BF 17 alone to be there in time.
