Probably your best bet is the forthcoming WW1 game Jutland by Storm Eagle Studios you can read more about it here Shouldn't be too long to wait now!

Great Naval Battles (The first one) should work on DosBox (in Vista...)

The other ones (2-5) work too but with no sound

I am very intrested in Great Naval Battles series, especially BURNING STEEL (No4 I think?) Is it possible to play it in XP?

You could play it on DosBox, but the sound doesn't work and it runs kinda slow on TC
