Changing ai strategies / dd torps tubes
 

hello,

i have a few questions...

1. someone know how to change the ai strategies
i was in a allied convoy, my ship was the iowa, after, a task force attacked us...
:nope: not us, only the convoy; not me..., only dd ran after me.
so, i want to make a mod that change the ai strategies.
they will attack majors ships including the player ship
this i why you will need a fleet boat.

2. does the dd uses their torps tubes?

maby i will have other questions later

Remember if you are playing the Iowa the game thinks it's a submarine, that is why the DD will attack. I had one drive right beside me and drop depth charges, it was really funny. I don't think the DD uses the torps, at least I have never seen them do it. As for changing strategies, I do not know.

this is pricipaly why i want to change the ai
ive seen hundred :roll: of dds getting killed by a battleship without using their torpedoes. i know, that game is a submarine game but the developpers can make some efforts...

1. does any one know how to change ai startegies
or how they can spawn torps?
