Dive angle can someone mod it?

I was wondering can the dive angle be modded to be changed manually or at least have a emergency deep order or something? Why only have a max angel of 3 to 5 max?

That would require direct code manipulation. Which is pretty hard to do, and considered illegal on this forum. Not impossible, but not worth trying.
