Mod questions (moon/waterstreaming)
Hello there. Could someone tell me which moon mod I would need to make the moon reflect off of the water at night? I've seen pictures with moon reflections. Also what is the best moon skin to replace default blurry/flickery moon?
I also enabled the water streaming mod which is great. It was the version that also does something with exhaust. However I believe this conflicts with the SH4 effects for SH3 mod that I have enabled. All the ship's smoke now looks blocky. Is there a waterstream that works with this mod? And finally, I read somewhere in a thread about dolphins. Is there a mod that adds dolphins that swim with your ship? Thanks all. |

I've heard that OLC was working on something that removed the reflections, and maybe it includes the moon. Are you using any of OLC's mod?
This is only a long shot, I'm not sure about it... |
Thanks for the moon link. Unfortunately I'm on a computer that won't be able to handle GWX. I'm just playing the default sim with mods and for some reason the moon does not have a reflection on the ocean's surface. I believe it does if its at the right angle and I'm looking through binoculars. Otherwise its missing.

There's a link to a "Serg's" website in the mod list that contains a moon reflection fix mod. However the download doesn't work. Is there another place to download this?

My problem with serg's site is that I can't download the moon or any other mod for that matter. When I click on the download, it takes me to a "page cannot be displayed" screen.:hmm:

Send him a PM.
