Anyone ever heard of it? It's an anime series I watched when I was a kid, more then 15 years ago, I think. God, I loved it. It was redone by Bandai, putting in an English dub, and for once that didn't completely ruin it. Some might say it made it even better, but that just depends on the person I guess.

Is this something really obscure, or do other people know it as well? (couldn't get that question out of my head for some reason.) :hmm:

I know of it, watched part of a couple episodes. I saw it after "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" came out and just by the title it seemed like a knock-off. Maybe it came out before TMNT though, I don't really know. Wasn't much of a cartoon-watcher, except for Transformers... and M.A.S.K., and Battletech.

It was after, but it definitly isn't a knock-off... of anything really, quite unique. They even poke fun at TMNT sometimes, IMHO remarkable since it's originaly a Japanese cartoon. Sure, transformers and M.A.S.K. are great as well, but those aren't anime's; I think Samurai Pizza Cats sparked my love for Japanese cartoons, even though I didn't even know about anime at that time.

Don't know Battletech, don't think it was ever aired around here. :hmm:
