target info button

I noticed in the manual for SHIV that on both the bridge and periscope stations the bottom toolbar will have a "Target Information" button that is an icon of crosshairs targeting a ship. However, in the game this button seems to be missing. Was this ever in SHIV or was it removed with a patch?

Not sure about the stock game but it is available in TMO.
