Activation Issue with U boat Expansion
 
I have an issue with the activation of this expansion. I built a new PC.
Installed everything as I had on my other PC. But it will not accept my key.
I bought it at release from D2Drive.
Any answers?

Have you contacted Direct2Drive about the problem? Not sure how they work, but it's possible it won't accept your key because it's on a new machine and you need to get a new key from them. Just guessing.

One hour later, I get an E mail telling me it is ready. It was ready..activated and out to sea I go...thanks.

I've had a key problem too. What exactly did you do?
One hour after contacting them, a new key?

I agree. For some strange reason D2D kept thinking that Utah was a foreign country (it is, but we won't go into that) and wouldn't let me download. The problem never was resolved, but the nice lady I was in contact with did everything she could think of to help. I'm not happy of course, but their customer service was outstanding so I'm not going to knock them.

I contacted ubi support by e mail.
I was amazed how fast they reply.
Good to go and on mission 3.

Had the same problem with D2D and activation. For some reason it refused to believe my always-on cable internet connection was actually connected to the internet. :roll:

But like you said, I emailed them and one business day later I was out sailing for der Kriegsmarine.
