As ive done the bins in that area i spoke to a westminster worker while we were tipping off, parliement has 20 trade bins and 4 trade skips (put it into context enough waste there alone to fill one 26 tonne dust cart).

p.s i dont even think they recycle either so we best inform the council and get them round there to fine em.
