Microsoft speech recognition?

I have DW running and everytime I pause the game Microsoft Speech recognition window pops up and does not allow me to go back to the game. I went to control panel to see if I could disable it or remove it and it does not have that feature (great!). Anyone know how to get rid of this piece of crap?:nope:
