Reinstall & 3D Error
 

I have twice installed/reinstalled SH3, but get the follwing message

Cannot initialize 3d engine, when trying to run the game

Any help would be appreciated:cry:

To solve a problem...

...one must give the system requirements!;)

Sorry,

E6600 processor, 2x 8800 graphic cards, 2 mb mem. XP latest.

Worked OK in the past, but had to reformat disc.
Oher games such as World in conflict work OK

IIRC that particular error is soething to do with graphics settings
Sorry but I cant remember exactly what
I think I lowered or raised the hardware acceleration
Raised I think

Go to control panel\Display\Settings\Advanced\Troubleshoot
At least that the route for my Nvidia

Thanks for your advice, unfortunately the computer has now decided that the game does not exist

Time for a reformat again

:oops: got this error once when i applied patch 1.4 on my game which was already V1.4
