Can anyone confirm german digital download Uboat Missions is multilingual?

This website offers a digital download version for european customers, but it states its a german language version.
There are, however, a few rumours around that there's only one version of U-Boat missions around (EU and US are the same except for the package).
Could someone please confirm this offer is a multilingual release instead of german only?
