Cruisers

Im looking for a commerce raider or some sort of cruiser to play as, ive seen the bismark mod, but thats too over powered. I dont want to rule to seas by default. I wanna work for it :arrgh!:

You could be out of luck.....although despite never actually seeing it I once heard of a playable Hipper :hmm:
