Where can i download the manual or a guide?

In the key list i found "...1 stop, 2 diver 1/2, ... 4 diver full speed". I press that button but nothing change. What do it do?

There is "autocrew" or are all station manual? I cant drive and aim in the same time.

I buy it on internet, and i received only the CD. If the manual there isn't on line, can you answer to my two question?
