Completely mad please help
 

I just got my fast attack .hightech submarine warfare game for pc in the mail,and it wont install.When i put it in the drive it prompted the initial install screen then it went downsized in my browser ,and said online setup .I ran task manager and it said it was running ,but nothing was installed .I am running on vista windows,and it said on the gd website i bought the game off of that it supported the game .Can someone please help me ,because im really pissed off.

I am not sure but I will move this to the Classic's Forum, someone there should be able to help.

I don't think Vista can run those old DOS apps. You need XP at least I'm pretty sure. Heard the DOS 16 bit had been removed from Vista. I removed Vista from my laptop and put XP back on it, otherwise I'd take a look for sure.

I have DOSBox installed on my Vista laptop and have several old DOS games that run great on it. Haven't tried Fast Attack though...

i tried my Fast Attack on my XP by the help of DOSBOX, it ran very well and the stations are pretty great, in some way it surpassed the great Jane's 688(i).
be sure to give it a try, and don't forget to upgrade it to V1.1.
