Oops! YAL (Yet Another Loophole)... Seems to me that everytime the a truce or ceasefire is agreed to, "someone else" jumps up out of the background, grabs some media attention and then trashes the deal...

I'm sure someone will do something wrong, causing the other side to react, therefore starting it all again!:doh:
