Quick question .... what key to toggle left officers panel to be seen >>>

I lost my ability to see my officers panel on the left side

I didn't think the officers' icons toggled on or off.

Have you tried to change the icon set recently?

If you have, and the mod didn't install properly (possibly through a wrong folder structure), you could have something like this happen.

To check, open the folder data\Menu\Gui\Layout. You should see two files, OfficerA.tga and OfficerB.tga .

Have you got them?

Sorry ... my mistake. I meant the ' Stations Panel ' normally on Left hand side.

ahh, you mean the Station Shortcut icons.

That doesn't normally toggle either, but in some mods, it does remain completely hidden until you slide it out from the side.

If you move your mouse pointer over to the left hand edge of the screen ( anywhere from about halfway up ), it should just pop out.

Was wondering, a couple of hours ago, if maybe you had lost all your icons.

Seems that you don't have to be clumsy to hit the wrong key these days. The keys on my Saitek Eclipse main computer keyboard are considerably smaller than those on my Thinkpad X61S notebook and notebooks don't come much smaller than that!

For SH3 I've given up using the keyboard altogether. I use a Belkin Nostromo 52 speedpad. Nice bit of kit, easily programmable, each key can be a keyboard press, mouse button or macro. Hitting the D=Dive key instead of S=Surface is now a thing of the past!!
