Firefox 3 feature video
I found this video linked on Slashdot. It was done by one of Firefox's developers. FF 3 is looking very interesting. I can't wait for it to be released! :rock:http://img418.imageshack.us/img418/3202/mo9bu.gif

looking good

I hear its bloated, but some of those features look great! Might be worth the upgrade.

I hope they managed to fix the only problem I had with Firefox: at my home page none of the links show up. They tried to help, but it was never fixed.
|
That looks pretty cool:up:
|
Sweet! Can't wait for it!
|
Thats sweet  , read about some of the options in Firefox 3 at the mozilla site and Im looking forward to it.
|
I'm very happy with my Firefox 2 at the moment, but if it all works smoothly as promised, I'll happily upgrade.

Anyone actually finding that Firefox has become a little more prone to crashing as it has moved on?
On my PC at home and at work where I have FF installed I get FF screwing up and having to close down through task manager when looking at streaming video etc...random too. Also I don't like how FF is getting bloated with crap that I don't need. Seems noone can just KISS anymore forever they have F**K it up. |
I'm already using it and it's great. It's available on the main FF page.
XabbaRus, FF2.0 was a memory hog and a bit bloated. Those problems are gone in FF3. One suggestion I'd make though, if you upgrade. Just save your bookmarks and uninstall FF2, remove it completely. Manually delete the profile directory and anything else that it left behind. Then do a fresh install. |
Looks great! Can't wait.
I think FF is actually really stable, IE crashes constantly on my dads laptop its a pile of junk compared to Mozilla's browser. |
Been using a RC for a few weeks, very quick and little memory hogging.
None of my favourite extensions work yet, mind. |
I like FF speed dial addon, you can add in up to 9 sites available. Very handy.
