[REL] RadioLog_Expanded v2 w/daily doubles
 

Introducing the Daily Double versions of RL_E :know:

Daily Double will only send/transmit messages no more then twice in a day.
That means you may receive more than one in a group sent to your (M) screen. And then you can veiw them when you like. This limits message t/c breaks as well.
There are two pre-set times as d/l options (0600 & 2300) or (1100 & 2100) as well as the regular (standard) version included.
With a good text editor & find/replace you can now change the times to whatever you like. Except for about 10-15% with one timer left alone because there may be only 2-3 messages that day. All the pre-set times end in **00 so if you do a find/replace it won't affect any date (year.month.day) setting.

Installation: Copy-place the RadioLog_Expanded Updated standard, or one of the Daily Double versions folder into your games MODS folder, and then install with JSGME.

RadioLog_Expanded v2 is RL_E Updated plus Daily Double versions.
RadioLog_Expanded Updated supersedes RadioLog_Expanded.
RadioLog_Expanded supersedes radiolog_final_2006.
RadioLog_Expanded has been tested with stock SH3, GWX, NYGM, and War Ace for compatibility.
RadioLog_Expanded Updated has 11,215 +/- radio messages for Silent Hunter III.
This mod will update messages to your Data\Campaigns\Campaign\messages_en.txt file by replacing that file

The new totals should help to even out the numbers of messages for game play years.

Daily Double versions timer settings are pre-set to transmit only once.

You can still add your own or someone elses work (messages not already included in RL_E v2) at the end of the file. That may of course increase your daily messages.

Will be Radiolog mod in German version too?

There was a group of guys working on a German translation year by year I think. I haven't heard any news about it in a while though. If you follow the link on the release of the first RL_E you can find & maybe PM them.

FYI: RadioLog Expanded version II (RL_E v2) is now available from the subsim download section.
