GWX 2.1
 

Hey all
I've been away from SHIII for about a year now.... life got in the way...I noticed that there is a new GWX mod available. I went to the download page and found that there is only one file (GWX2.1.exe) which is like 158mb or something. Is this the only thing I need to download or is there more. I apologize for this question I'm sure I could find it someplace but I just dont have the time. (again life...)

You need a "clean" install of SH3 patched to 1.4 then you have to download/install GWX2.0 and then download/install GWX2.1 over it. Well worth the time it takes :cool: :cool: :cool:
I'm sure if I'm mistaken someone will correct me :up:

There should be seven files, which, when placed together in the same folder will then let you install it from the #1 .exe file. The total size is 1.2 GB. Yes, GWX 2.1 is roughly 1/3 the size of the stock game.

And maddysad is right: you need a fresh clean install of the game patched to 1.4b.

You need clean instal like Sailor Steve says. You can download GWX2.1 from Jimbuna's singnature. Great imrovement!
