I wanna use the same properties as in MM's Uberboot mod in Sh3.
In Sh4 you are able to have a lot of guns with working crew blabla...

well its just common sense AND common manners not to take another persons mod name. it is in my opinion no different than taking his mod and calling it your own.

as soon as you release a mod it is considered to be your mod and the name is considered yours as well, others dont have the right to use it without permission.

if you want to do a mod that does everything his did for sh3 then do it but use a different name and you should credit him with being the inspiration for what you did.

he put endless hours of work into his mod and you would be reflecting on his mod because of the confusion of two mods with the same name.

if you like the name uber boot so much then use the english translation and call your mod "super boat", then there is no confusion or stepping on toes.

he is very helpfull and im sure he would help you avoid things he had issues with in making his mod, try PM him and see what help he can offer you.

Extended Radar coverage for battle control
with long eyes and fast legs you can take on
the Grand Fleet itself one at a time.

auto evasive maneuvers , this made it a much
much less busy job driving uber and allowed the
player to soak up ambiance.

with higher speeds adding mass to balance
the physics auto evasion could roll you over
and capsize you without a good tweaking.

for the player
fighting from the bridge not the guns is a far far
more effective method in surface combat.

MM did a heck of a job with Uber.

One other thing......

You should have enough armour for two minutes under heavy fire.
or thereabouts. with good skill you can survive alot with that
and with no skill you can still be in it long enough to enjoy it.
but your still killable. you have to be killable to make it worthwhile
for the player theres no adreniline in immortality.

well you have MM's blessing but if you are planning on naming it uber boot then at least call it "uber boot 2" so its not too confusing having 2 different mods with the same name :up:
