various sh4 newbie questions...
 

im runnning the uboat missions. please bear in mind that although i am familiar with sh3 gwx, i have just started to play sh4...

in crew management, i noticed you could sort by (among others) between qualification, specialization, ability, etc. what is the difference? which is more essential or plays a larger factor?

i can't find the qualification for repair. or medic. waht is the qualification, electrical, mechanical, etc.?
