Very old kit in this subject. Old press-forms from Soviet Union quality is awful. Twenty two years ago they were good, but today if you'd like to build something from Russian Imperial Navy or Soviet Navy try to search production of Combrig (resin kits) and Zvezda (plastic). You may find a lot of objective kit reviews here: www.steelnavy.com
I've used to build plastic models, but when I've found wooden kits of historic vessels - that blown my mind. Takes much more time but provides a LOT of fun:) Currently I am in process of building this one: http://www.jotika-ltd.com/Pages/1024...lson_Front.htm Best Regards! |
as it goes i have a few zvesda models a hotel class SSBN typhoon SSBN akula SSN all from zvesda and all perfectly fine, just a bot old now and kinda damaged since they keep rolling off my shelf.
