hi to you all

i changed the zon and sim file of the torpedos and now when i play the game torpedos are exploding to early on the way to the target and not exploding at all when it gets to target it really fustrating.:damn: :damn: :damn:

i wonder if some how i can get the files back to normal without a re install

My guess is that you did something like change their speed which could make them sensitive to premature detonation. When I made my torps, I removed all problems from them before giving them more beef.

It's always best to make backups of all the files you're going to edit before editing them. You can download a copy of my Silent Fire mod a few threads down, and within it there's a backup archive that has untouched stock files for the torpedoes. Just delete the other files you don't need. I should point out that they are of version 1.5 of the game though.

You have to reinstall only the modified files. If you have the original ones as backup of course...it's always a good idea to backup everyting you mod.

What did you change BTW?
