Repair Help
 

I am on a single mission when an escort rolled over me dropping depthgarges and damaged my attack and opbs periscope (time skip is a real killer)

so i krept away thinking i can fix so i surfaced to do some damage control and my boys will not fix it i am dead in the water i can use tbt but that means i have to run on the surface

please help

Do you have silent running on? Your crew won't reload torps or perform repairs when its on.

i krept away from the escort and surfaced sheilded by the land ,i set the lads to repair but the periscope head icons are fully red do i have to return to port to get them fixed.

Rat Sub,

If the icons are completely red it means that they were destroyed. Any repairs at sea will be impossible. I'm afraid you'll have to return to base to get new 'scopes :cry:

I've done that. See the blind man's cane and blackout glasses on my battleflag? That represents a 3000 mile return trip with no periscopes, playing blind man's bluff every time I surfaced. Hope you survive! Be careful.

I hope you have working sonar/radar and are playing Trigger Maru. Then you could at least extend the SD mast before surfacing. Good luck! :ping:

I wish i a had radar would be good just had a look on the map and is along way only fired three fish as well:damn: :damn:

i will continue playing hope the japs have deployed there escorts some where else

I think I'd be heading for home and repairs. Without Radar,and no 'scopes......Not a good plan to continue the patrol.

Yeah I would too it's just common sense.Your main option of attack is gone(Unless you can line a shot up using the sonar and hydrophone).I would just RTB and get the 'scopes fixed.
