What really bloody got my blood boiling what's this Labour Government spokesperson on the CH5 news today saying this strike will cost millions every day there on strike.

GO TO BLOODY HELL YOU PRAT. :x

Government debt and consumer debt is in the billions so I hardly think using the guilt factor is going to work on me you dick head. :hulk:

I am in such a fowl mood today over my council and other on going issues I just had to let off some steam and that news item was the crowning turd on the pie.

And now a plea.....

People of Great Britain vote all your sitting councilors out and teach them a lesson, folks who live in London vote that pig red Ken out of office. in the up coming elections.

No sympathy with the strikers. They're acting as if they are the only ones who will have to now contribute to their pensions. Fact of life people live longer pensions are more expensive so companies are in a position where the workes have to contribute.

You have to to get your state pension why not with a private one. Can't get something for nothing and given that the workers at Grangemouth are earning way over the national average I think they are hypocrites. Wish I was earning between £45 - 60,000 a year.

If they're earning up to 60k per year, do they need a pension ? http://img98.imageshack.us/img98/181...kbigsw1yo4.gif

The answer being obviously yes.....anything above the state pension (and there are millions out there who have no choice but to survive on what crumbs the Government hands out) then they should contribute towards.

I suspect the employer will also be making a contribution :nope:

If it is like the pnesion in my company then the company should be matching the employees's contributions.

Yeah, I reckon so.

Okay, now I'm confused. If the UK is practically a socialist nation (except for steed), why are they going on strike? It is already a worker's paradise, so all of the workers should be happy.

I think they've gone on strike because word has just leaked out that STEED's status is also that of a worker.

How would you like being shoehorned into the same category as STEED :rotfl:
