Outstanding. I never understood the concept of pumping preservatives into a dead body and then burying them in an airtight container:nope:
They are dead. Dead things should decompose. That's nature. Besides anyway we can stop giving money to the rip-off artists in the mortuary industry gets my vote  |

When my father passed on we had to buy a $3000 casket to cremate him in. |
Did they tell you that you had to have your father embalmed before being cremated?
My respects to your father and his memory. |

I've always thought the same too. I would much rather be dumped somewhere than cremated.
Honestly, I keep telling people that when I die, I wish my body could be dumped into a ditch somewhere, and my skull made into a handy souvenir or something. In realistic terms though, I'm seriously considering writing my body off as a donation to research or one of those creepy body farms. Later on, though - I don't even have a real will yet, seeing how I don't have anything to will anyone except my student loan papers  |
I quite frankly don't care what's done with my body when I'm dead... I'm dead... so I really don't have much to care about, now do I? Throw me in some pit, toss me in the ocean, burn me to ashes and let me blow into the wind, it really doesn't matter.

If I had my choice, when I die I want all the organs that can be reused taken out
What's left I want taken in a helicopter over the middle of some large forest and dropped out. Hundreds of animals can feed upon me and countless bacteria can benefit from my death. Reuse, that is nature's plan and I support that. |
