[WIP] Smoke&Wind!
 
Hi mates,

I was wondering why in Sh3 the smokes donīt have movements based on the wind...they always just rise straight up. After a close look at the particles.dat (where the smokes are) we can see that the devs had the intention to make then behaviour/follow with the wind..but the controller "GlobalWind" is incomplete and just donīt work. I then take a look at Sh4 files and the same problem there. I tried to find the absent complement for this controller but it just donīt exist on Sh3/Sh4 files. Sh4 then uses a preseted wind for the smokes. This means that they will not follow the weather wind but at least will have some illusion movement.

I then made some adjusts on SH3 smoke particles and now we have smokes that have movements. Notice that they will have always the same direction, but IMHO is much better than the stock always straight up behaviour (we always can use Sh3Cmdr to make some automatic changes on the matter). Let me know what you think. Also we need to add this to AVH's "Enhanced funnel smoke" if we really think in go ahead with this.;)

And you're right.....SH3 Commander has a lot of potential which is rarely used.

And concerning SH3 Commander?
It's my view that many mods will require it!
The random factor alone is worth it's weight in Oil!!

Perhaps we may need to invade Jscones land and take control
of this resource?

Agreed, it looks great! Also agreed, Commander could make it blow, if not the true wind direction, at least in random directions.

I wonder if the flags could be made to go the same direction as the smoke?

I havenīt looked at flags yet..but will. Iīm also working on a more polite Enhanced Damage Effects mod at this moment, solving that so much explosions even when the ship is already down.;)
