SH3 Commander 3.0 not logging names of sunken ships
 

For whatever reason, SH3 Commander 3.0 has stopped attributing names to sunken ships in my last two patrols. Previously it was very consistent.

I double checked and I have it properly selected in the options and I am loading from SH3 Commander everytime I start the game.

Does anyone know what could be causing this?

You must click at the "Click for available action" and use the "Update your Personnel File" after a mission.

Thanks. I thought I did update my record after my last mission, but maybe I didn't. Do you know if it will work if I reload from my last time in port? I just started a new mission and could just as soon start it again.

You can run umpteen patrols before updating your personnal file AND still get the ships named
Well I always have anyway as rarely remember to update and read the report

My sentence is not so clearly. So as bigboywooly says, you can update anytime.
