hello .
i have a question i recently entered the exam for navigation on sh3 i completed 2 of 4 tasks.
now my boat has stopped moving and wont accept my commands?
it says CE "cannot comply"
i have no idea whats wrong.
also is it possible to exit the training and re enter at a later date?

You need to keep the health bar above 50% or they don't work.

When I did the academy a long time ago, I found the crew grew tired in a very short time.

Some of the crewmembers don't like switching to the electrical-engine room when you submerge.

Try using Commander and check the non fatigue box and see if it helps.

That's probably because at the early stage of a career they are inexperienced.
