I saw a program recently of an ex Australian Army bomb defuser who now works defusing bombs in Laos and training up locals in how to defuse them. The biggest problem is not people accidently setting off the bombs but people (mainly kids) collecting them for the scrap metal trade.

It was amazing to watch the guy in action, as not only does he try and dufse bombs and train people but do it fast enough so that people don't try and come and take the bombs for scrap. Some of the places he has to dufse bombs defy belief for pressure.:huh:
