Hi all,was wondering if someone could tell me,did the Japanese use Hog Island Freighters in WW2?

Couldn't find anything about japanese hog island freighters, I think they were US

Thanks MCF1,the reason I am asking,i believe I sank a Japanese Hog Island,I will set up a pick if I can find it..

I am using TM,RSRDC,Foobors high res skins,and SHIV merchant biyo skin,all latest versions..

I've been trying to find out the answer to this question as well but haven't come up with a conclusive answer, yet. My guess is the Japanese did use these ships, because the ONI manual makes reference to Japanese freighters built during WWI by the United States Shipping Board. Hog Islanders were exactly that.
