NFL Head Coach: My first season

Well, I've been hired by the New York Jets for two years, earning a nice $5 million. Now I just have to pick this team out of the "crap" bin. :p

Oh it's quite easy, Shoot one of the players and threaten the rest that if they don't win that's what's gonne happen to them...
