[TEC]Conning Tower upgrade in TMO+RSRDC371
 

I started my career in 1941 with a Sargo class boat, completed 9 patrols, now it is July 1943 in game.
When I return to base (Brisbane), I was told that Navy is decommisioning my current class (decommision a Sargo in 1943? WHY?) and I must take a new boat to continue. (If I refuse, my career will be terminated).
So I have to take a new boat then I get a Tambor class boat (Why not a Gato or Balao in 1943?). And it's quite strange that IT HAS AN EARLY-WAR STYLE CONNING TOWER, not a late war style conning tower which has 2 flak slots while I start another career in June 1943 I can get them whatever boat class I choose (Porpoise, Sargo, Gato and Balao).
So I have 3 questions:
Can I keep my Sargo and continue my current career?:oops:
How to upgrade my conning tower to late war style?:oops:
How to start a career in 1943 with Tambor, Gar or Salmon class boats?:oops:
