declassed WWII WAR DAMAGE REPORTS, with pics and actual battle repots, copies of actual log books like when yorktown got it. thought some of you would like to see and dl this stuff, great reference for modders as far as dates time, forces etc.

Nice find :up: I looked at the pics of the ships that had torp damage and wondered what went thru the crews mind the moment the torps hit with NO warning and a shiver ran up my spine.

Personally now I think SH3 and SH4 have gotten as realistic as I want them to get.

Thanks for this stlkrash, that's got a detailed account of what happened to the USS Tang after she torpedoed herself with a circle runner - fascinating and quite grim.
