Missing Speech Triggers
 

I just spent a fair amount of time searching the forums for a mod which fixes the missing speech problem. As most probably know, the speech folder has many, many speech files that are never heard in the game. I've searched teh forum and could not find any fix to this.

I did see that the late LeoVampire was actively working towards a fix for this but it appears it was never finished or the issue that created this problem was never solved. Any news or developments on this or has this one fallen to the wayside?
