[REL] Uncensored German Textures
http://dodownload.filefront.com/9941...639deb8fb24c13
I combed through all the files I could find and added the German eagle and swastika where appropriate (Captain's Office and the U-boat interiors). Replaced the ALLIED  intelligence document detailing the sinking of the Graf Spee with a Kriegsmarine Soldbuch and got rid of the U.S. Navy insignia on the log book in the office. Some pics: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...221838_828.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...231524_171.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...013210_640.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...013341_000.jpg |
Is it compatible with the U-boat Missions, isn't it?
|
Uh...this IS for the Uboat missions. :yep:
|
LukeFF, thanks for doing this. It adds some authenticity into the simulation. Now if I could just get my Uboat men to stop speaking with New Jersey acccents. ;)
|
I am downloading this now (in Spain and the rest of the Europe Union), the Swastika is prohibited in games...
Thanks for modding the "wrong" emblems . EDIT: Is it compatible with JSGME? |
LukeFF:
Any idea why I may be getting a freeze and game crash with this message? file not found: data/menu/skins/german/gui/layout/crewsystemsmanagement_dummy.dds I installed the mod then fired up SH4 1.5 and that's what I get. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks mate. |

Might sound strange, but could you do a version with just the swastikas removed?
|
That's silly.

midnights medal fix. this particular file wont unpack correctly. |
I have to agree with others in this regard. Is there a way to set up the game so that if ain a uboat the crew speaks german and if in american english? I was figuring someone with experience doing modding could tell me if this is possible, after all many things I thought couldn't be done have been.
|
Nice work LukeFF. Thank You!
