[REQ] a blue icon for fog
 

What i need is a blue icon to tell me when there is fog . So if i am running surfaced in TC and fog appears i dont run into a task force in said fog like what just happened now LOL .

ok well i guess its a matter of adding a warning to the bottom of the warnings config file . Something like this

ID=HeavyFog
Category=Info
DurationOnScreen=infinite
DurationUntilCanBeDisplayedAgain=0
CommandsWhenClicked=
BlinkWhenActivated=No

add the appropriate warning in the menu editor , then add an icon onto the hud dds .

Who wants to do this :up: its beyond me .

I'd just be happy to get my SHIII Weather reports "tab" back!!! :up:

unfortunately it says in the game files "the IDs must match those in code and in menu editor (Layout\Warning System)" I take it thats hard code :damn:

More than interesting, it is easy to add a Report_Weather button to your command buttons. SH4 even has a nice icon ready to be used for it and the command is stock. Use MyMenu and the possibilities are abundant to say the least.
