Aircrafts bases question

In the configuration file of the aircrafts bases what does it mean the line for example squadron1No=4 ..

it means that for example i'll be attacked by 4 planes simultaneously

Means you have a chance to be attacked by up to 4 aircraft
Most bases have no more than 3 for that very reason
