The death penalty? Hell, yeah. And I don't say that from anger or passion, I say it as matter of fact, that crimes like this, where evidence is this strong, these people should not be allowed to live in our world.

Makes me wonder if we are REALLY any better than barbaric animals, the only difference here being that we wear clothes, talk, and have slightly better motor skills than chimps.

These people are predators and a risk to our species.

They need to be removed from our society so they can never threaten our species again.

I would support the death penalty in this case.

If this does not qualify as a "heinous" crime, I don't know what would.

I would try the 12 year old as an adult. There is no way a 12 year old would not know that what they were doing was heinous.

They shall never be allowed walking around freely again, to protect people from them.

Since they most likely cannot continue to be a threat to society in prison and their imprisonment cannot motivate others to commit acts of violence, I refuse to execute them as a preemptive measure.

As I often said, death penalty is a logical contradictio in itself and thus I reject it as a penalty, and accept executing offenders only when they continue to be a present or future major thread of considerably higher proportions than "just" the "normal, usual" crimes like robbery, rape, slaughter and murder by passion. they will not continue to control weapons smuggling, a mafia clan, a terror cell, drug trafficking and enforced prostitution and girl trading or organ trading from inside prison, so let them live and spend all their life behind bars.

The death penalty is too good for these folk...
The lot of them should be made available as organ donors..
keep them alive on machines until they are finally/totally dispersed.

Its tragic that a 12 year old child was mixed up in this too, in what sort of twisted environment was that child brought up?

You really wonder what goes through the minds of people like this. Then again, I do not care, the death penalty needs to be carried out immediately on this crew of idiots.
