Newbie: Crew management question
 

One thing that I hate about the game is the crew management.

Is there a mod or patch created that lets the PC handles whether or not the crew got enough sleep?

if you download and install SH3 Commander, you can disable crew fatigue completely, once done, you only need assign crew to compartments to load torpedos or to damage control/various weapons etc.

also i highly recommend GWX2

commander is great

but if you cant/ dont want. to install commander..there are stand alone mods that do this....search on this forum i,m sure youl find it mate

If you're using the stock version the German Cross eliminates fatigue for whoever has been awarded one. Eventually as you get more awarded you can start putting less ppl in compartments yet still maintain 100% efficiency.
